I killed him by suffering a "gay panic." It was his fault, he was gay

NEWS.- The defense of the "Gay panic" has been used around the world by assassins to get acquitted of all their acts. Defense that has served and served on many occasions.

That this term is used in many countries is, of course, a insult to human intelligence, to goodness and to society. Although we must celebrate that in California this defense has finally been abolished, considering it as "A nonsense", it is worrying to know that in many places said approach is legitimate.

The world society still has to mature, mature enough to include laws such as the one approved yesterday in the Parlament de Catalunya (Spain). A law that eradicates homophobia, but not only that it punishes her for violating the right to human freedom, but also obliges her to include, in education and in society, to treat sexual diversity as a totally normal fact.

A law that we hope will be imitated by all the regions and countries of the world.
