The controversy has been unleashed in Argentina and the toy, which is made in China, became a viral phenomenon after the mother of a girl from 3 years published a photo of the doll on Facebook. Now a video is circulating through the social networks that you can see in this link. As expected, some parents are outraged for fear of what they consider a bad influence on their child's educations, as if the fact of playing with the doll could condition their future sexual orientation or gender identity. Some representatives of the LGTBI community differ and think that this type of toys can contribute to creating a more open and tolerant society, which must be understood as educational toys.
Given the protests and opinions expressed by some homophobic adults, a child psychologist asked about it by the Daily Mail, has stated that "It does not matter if your toy has male genitalia or not. The idea itself causes more discomfort to adults than to children".
Surely there will be those who remember the first baby dolls that were made with genitalia, male or female. It seems fantastic to me that once people see it normal. I'm not transsexual. But I'm gay and I support our transsexual girls and guys. So that they do not see them rare. They think. They feel the same as everyone and have the right to be happy. And to decide whether they want their body with which they were born or who they identify with.
