EDITORIAL.- Advanced already the second decade of the twenty-first century, it is not known whether we are freer or more moralistic, if we have finally released the bun or we are more mojigat @ s than our abuel @ s. The truth is that there are many taboos that continue weighing on our customs, manners and language. We claim the right to love freely, we make love, we practice oral sex, anal sex, virtual sex ... For when "I have the right to fuck whoever I want" on a banner? Because sometimes love is made, but in many others fucks and we run the danger that politically correct take over our bedrooms.
One of those big taboos is pornography, especially gay and let's not say lesbian or trans. Straight actors earn their living in gay porn, and then there are the supposed long-nailed lesbians who would be more appropriate for a Freddy Krueger substitution in "Nightmare on Lesbo Street." Years listening to whining complaints about the subject of lesbian porn so that when scenes of explicit sex like those of "La vida de Adele" are filmed, the film forums will be filled with comments from scandalized lesbians who are afraid that some sad strawberry will be inspired by the theme. And all that, when we thought we had overcome the debate of the 70 years about the convenience of penetration among women, for that of reproducing heterosexual roles. Cloth!
For all the above, it is comforting that the Schwules museum of Berlin present the exhibition "Porn that way" on homosexual pornography from the nineteenth century to the present day. From dating in dark alleys and suggestive postcards in sepia tones to "porn reality" without obviating, of course, the long shadow of AIDS that also plans on pornographic production. Films, photos, sex toys, shooting equipment and the contribution of private collections can be found in this exhibition. But above all we will find a space of freedom for the look, the anatomical hyperrealism of pornography, without script and without artifice. And once the initial discomfort, the nervous giggling and elbowing of the companion, have been overcome, we will discover that the Schwules Museum does nothing but visualize the hidden within the hidden, the ultimate stigma of marginality.
