LAST HOUR.- The rainbow flag has been flying since this morning in the Madrid City Council and, for the first time, in the Royal Post Office seat of the Government of the Community of Madrid. The mayor Manuela Carmena has presided over the act in which Jesus Santos, widower of Pedro Zerolo He has been in charge of raising the flag.
In the act of this morning in Cibeles, Carmena has declared feeling "Proud to represent one of the pioneer countries in the fight for gay rights".
