NEWS.- FITUR GAY reaches its fifth edition within the framework of FITUR and with the collaboration of Diversity Consulting. The contest, organized by IFEMA from January 28 to February 1, 2015, will again have the facilities of pavilion number 3, "The Americas", of its fairground, to house the different exhibition spaces, work and debate.
FITUR continues thus strengthening its commitment to specialization, emphasizing the different sections and creating new ones, such as those dedicated to health tourism and FITUR SHOPPING. FITUR GAY responds to those expectations with a spectacular growth in the LGTBI tourism and business segment that stands at around 12%.
In addition to the exhibition area with the traditional stands for destinations, tour operators, hotels and service companies specializing in this type of tourism, a new space is created so that they can display, under very advantageous economic conditions and in a practical format, the small SMEs interested in this market, facilitating their participation.
FITUR GAY (LGBT) 2015 will have a networking space, so that the participating companies can arrange their work appointments with professional visitors of the Fair and potential clients. Also, within the same pavilion and in a space specially qualified for it, will develop an intense agenda of meetings and professional meetings, which will allow to analyze the most important issues related to this tourism segment.
One of the main novelties this year is the creation of a specific web page, www.FiturLGBT.com, where it wants to promote that companies, users and exhibitors can interact through its blog section and the contest where people, institutions and companies that do the most for the LGTBI community can be voted on. The website also includes an employment section to be able to offer and demand work in the tourism sector. Of course you will also find the program of the academic events and conferences that will take place during the celebration of FITUR GAY 2015.
All this activity will be complemented with musical performances, magicians and DJs, which turn the FITUR GAY space into an attractive area for the general public during the weekend. In this way, the knowledge of the LGTBI segment and the direct sale of the final product are enhanced.
