The comedian is being investigated for an alleged crime of injury to his partner who was the one who filed a complaint
LAST HOUR GAYLES.TV.- According to the Diario Sur, the Malaga humorist Ángel Garó, was arrested this Wednesday in Malaga for assaulting his current partner. The events occurred on the same day on the morning 6 in the home of the comedian. The 112 emergency service received a call alerting that someone was being assaulted by their partner. At the home, members of the National Police and the 061 met the victim with chest injuries that they recognized as compatible with an assault. The alleged author, who was identified as Ángel Garó, was not at home, which is why several patrols were notified to try to locate him.
Sometime later the comedian was recognized by agents of the Mobile Brigade of the police who patrolled by María Zambrano station in the capital of Malaga. Apparently Garó was preparing to take a train to Madrid when he was intercepted and arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the attack.
Conducted to the Provincial Police Station, the proceedings of the case were instructed and passed to the Instruction Court number 11, where he was interrogated about the alleged assault to whom he identified as his current partner. The complainant in turn was examined by a forensic doctor who found that chest injuries, which included a crack in a rib, were compatible with an assault.
After Garó's statement, the judge decreed his release on charges of alleged crime of injury, as he did not consider necessary precautionary measures.
Required by the Diario Sur, Garó denied in a categorical way the facts that are imputed to him.
