Andalusia may apply fines of up to 120.000 euros for very serious infractions

The Ministry with competences in matters of equality must prepare an annual report statistics on the aggressions and discrimination against LGTBI people and cases of hate crimes, taking into account the data provided by the information and assistance points to victims.
