The victim of the aggression of a group of young people had to receive a stitches in the face
GAYLES.TV.- This afternoon we have been informed of a new homophobic aggression in Barcelona. The person who told us the events, DC, has preferred to remain anonymous but has claimed to have witnessed the attack and even to have been involved with his partner in the subsequent persecution of the attackers.
Apparently at dawn on Monday, on the 5: 30, the witness entered with her partner, a woman also, in a cafeteria in the Plaza de Urquinaona, a very central area of Barcelona, there they saw another couple of girls chatting quietly taken by the hand. Apparently at a certain moment they kissed, which caused a young man to approach them, recriminating their behavior, telling them that they should not do that in public and that this was wrong. It was at that moment when The young woman could see through the window of the cafeteria that the boy was not alone and that one of his friends was showing his genitals. Outraged, she went outside and admonished his behavior, saying: "What are you doing with your life?" There the physical aggression began with insults and shoves. As she tried to defend herself, the boy who had reproached her inside the bar gave her a punch that opened a hole in her face. In view of what had happened, the rest of his friends suggested that he flee and there began a persecution through the center of the city that continued while waiting for the police to appear, who was notified on more than one occasion.
The boy was finally able to escape through the Pza. Tetuán metro line but his companions were detained and identified by the police. For her part, the witness who has contacted Gayles.tv explained to the agents that she heard perfectly how the aggressor's friends called him "Miguel." He was also able to record a short video sequence in which he is perfectly identified and which was made available to the police.
The victim was treated for the wound in a hospital center in which they had to put some points and then filed the corresponding complaint.
