«We believe it is important to support this initiative because only eight Member States of the European Union They persecute them in some way, and this persecution varies. In some countries it is done through criminal means, in other cases, such as that of Spain, through administrative means, so it would be interesting to standardize the rules throughout the European Union in that regard.", he stressed Rodríguez. Definitions vary from one Member State to another. That is why it is so important to establish this type of Eurocrime in order to be able to pursue this type of practice regardless of the European Union State in which it is carried out.", he added.
