Something like this is what happens with Angela Merkel in these promotional videos of a new magazine for lesbians that has managed to petar before even going on the market. The magazine is called "Straight" and will be marketed by a publishing house also of recent creation, Tchakabum. In them, the rigid chancellor who refuses to approve the homosexual marriage in their country, appears turned into lesbian by one day in loving attitude with another woman.
In the videos, apparently of domestic format and in black and white, we see a double by Angela Merkel of extraordinary resemblance to the chancellor in attitudes more than equivocations with a girl, while we hear the news that the German Parliament has approved the gay marriage .
In one of the recordings, Merkel is placed in a hotel room, busy with her mobile phone in front of a window, then a younger woman appears who embraces her tenderly and kisses her on the neck. In the other film, both women are in a situation that can easily be interpreted as after having made love, Merkel sitting on the bed while her partner unzips her dress.
In short, a fun way for the magazine "Straight" to draw attention to the question of the Merkel government's opposition to accepting same-sex marriage in the current legislature. Currently in Germany there is the possibility of registering as a domestic partnership, but civil marriage between homosexuals and the possibility of adoption is still not contemplated. Indeed, in recent statements, Merkel ratified her position that marriage should be between a man and a woman, which, according to her, does not prevent progress in the equalization of rights of homosexuals.
Faced with the Chancellor's stubbornness, the ingenious "Straight" campaign is defined as "A magazine for women who love women", is a small "vendetta" and deserves our most sincere recognition.
