La Gran Via will host for the first time the Pride! Barcelona dedicated to HIV, under the motto I = I, Undetectable = Non-transmissible
GAYLES.TV.- The Organization of Pride! Barcelona today announced its schedule for 2021 and a preview of its social campaign that this year will focus on giving visibility to people with HIV. Pride! Barcelona has presented its campaign of awareness and visibility of people with HIV, which, under the slogan I = I Undetectable = Untransmittable, seeks to make the population aware of the fact that HIV-treated people who have an undetectable viral load cannot transmit the virus. In addition, the campaign, carried out in close collaboration with the entities Gais Positius, Stop AIDS and BCN Checkpoint, It seeks to publicize other claims of the group in relation to the rights of people with HIV as well as to inform about prevention strategies against HIV and other STIs. The campaign, inspired by pop culture and with artists and references of the collective such as Bad Gyal, David Bowie, La Veneno, les Tresines or Pedro Almodóvar, seeks to raise awareness about this reality and talk about HIV "from a closer and more positive perspective," he says. little.
The organization of Pride! BCN and more than 30 LGTB + associations that are part of the Pride have agreed to move the Demonstration and the main celebrations to the weekend of the 3 and September 4 with the aim of guaranteeing the maximum possible participation and greater health security for the assistants.

New route for the Manifestation and new spaces for musical performances and the Village

The Pride! BCN will celebrate LGTB + Pride month in June
The group will maintain a commemorative program in June with various small-format social and cultural activities, as well as a commemorative event on June 28, International LGTB + Pride Day. These events will be complemented by a special televised programming on TEVECAT with discussion tables, interviews and various musical performances.
