NEWS.- Today, Monday May 25, we are living a historic day because it can be a turning point for Spain, its communities and many of its municipalities. The obvious withdrawal of the Popular Party and the emergence of new forces mostly left wing, at least, give new hope to the punished citizens of this country. Ada Colau will be the first Mayor of Barcelona City Council and predictably Madrid and Valencia will put to the front of the municipality two other women of flag: Manuela Carmena and Mónica Oltra, who by the way, did not have the slightest problem in posing kissing his party mate Mireia Moiá in the previous European elections at the request of the LGTBI portal «We like.com», as it appears in the photo that heads this article.
We are not going to hide here the joy that these changes bring us, in the end it is clear that right-wing policies have done nothing but put sticks in the wheels of LGTBI rights, when we do not humble ourselves directly. Without going any further, remember that the PP recently agreed to include LGBT families in the group of families with problems or maybe they think they are problematic families.
Be that as it may, the change has come and now it only remains to show that we are capable of governing ourselves, as a monologue says that today has come to my head "we no longer have desire, neither time, nor energy, nor forces, nor damn grace that makes us tell us that we must study it. " Do not. Enough already, because we do have desire and time and energy and enough maturity to know what we want and to do it.
Now the doomsayers will come to say that "let's see what we do with power, that one thing is to win and another to govern." Well, to start sweeping the corrupt from this country and its institutions to restore faith in the ballot box to ordinary people.
And let no one forget that this, the generation that will sit in offices, seats and representative chambers is undoubtedly the most prepared that has had this country.
