Proud Whopper: "In our interior we are all equal"
Gayles.tv.- Social networks are fuming as a result of what happened this weekend in a local Burger King which the chain has in the Plaza de los Cubos in Madrid.
According to a user's story on Twitter, two guys were kissing in the aforementioned premises when they were invited to leave by one of the security guards. Apparently the watchman acted at the behest of parents who complained that the gay couple was affectionate in front of their children, because that meant a problem for the education of children.
It would be necessary to remember those homophobic parents, the owners of the premises and the guard who expelled them, that the respective laws of "Bums and thugs" and of "Social danger"Were repealed with the entry into force of democracy and that public kissing, embracing and other expressions of affection between people is completely permitted, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
The mistake made by the couple of boys before their expulsion, was not to have filed a complaint, because what yes punishes the Penal Code they are lacts of hatred and discrimination by reason of sex and sexual orientation.
The news spread quickly yesterday by social networks and both the Facebook page and the official Twitter of Burger King are receiving a lot of complaints from users. At the moment there has been no official response on Facebook and there is the circumstance that Burger King Spain lacks Twitter so they have not responded by that means.
Presumably, the central Burger King should not be doing too much fun to be news on the networks for a homophobic act, after the important publicity campaign in defense of the rights of homosexuals that they launched in the United States with their "Proud Whopper", the hamburger whose wrap was a rainbow flag where it could be read "In our interior we are all equal".
We expect a public apology for the events, especially from the owners of the Plaza de los Cubos location. Otherwise they are likely to find themselves with a "kissed" at the door, or worse, with the loss of LGTBI clients.
As for the loving parents who caused the incident, we would recommend that they worry more about feeding their children and less about the lives of others.

What is the chain of establishments going to say now? The statement is fine with me. Personally I think that you have to have a certain modesty when there are minors in front of you. I do not care what gender they kiss and if they are gay or not. For me it simply secretes education and principles. I'm gay and I will always stand up for gay, but sometimes a little elegance wouldn't hurt either. The only image we give is that of "disrespectful crazy women" asking for respect. Quite a contradiction.
