Bob in translation, the TV3 and 3Cat program in which Bob Pop will learn Catalan and chat with LGBTIQ+ language partners
Bob Pop returns to television this Thursday September 12 at 22: 50h en TV3 With the program Bob in translation in which he will learn to speak Catalan, after 20 years living in Barcelona, while reflecting with different linguistic partners LGBTIQ + on issues affecting the group accompanied by the linguistic coach Babeth Ripoll and Pancho, a nice adopted dog.
Bob in translation It is a new format devised by Maria Giralt y Laia Ventayol (Associació Gender and LGBT Lab / GAYLES.TV) and produced by 3Cat In collaboration with Indiana Films (Paul Sanclemente). Through six episodes of about 25 minutes, it will address sexual-affective and gender diversity from multiple perspectives.
Each episode takes the title of one of the collective's acronyms LGBTIQ +The core of the program is language pairs LGBTIQ+, with whom she will discuss lesbian invisibility, gay privilege, prejudices about bisexuality, trans freedom, intersexual silence, and the infinite possibilities of queerness. Ana Polo (journalist and comedian), Pol Guasch (Writer), Ada Colau (former mayor of Barcelona), Judith Juan Huix (scientific), Marc Llinars (screenwriter), Laura Vila Kremer (actress and stage creator) and Clara Peya (pianist and composer) will accompany Bob in this journey of possibilities that is learning a new language.
