The youth section of the State Federation of Lesbian, Gay, Transsexual and Bisexual (FELGTB), has called the January 30 a "kissed" at the state level on the occasion of the "World Day for Peace and Nonviolence". The motto of the call is "No more transphobia, biphobia, lesbophobia, homophobia".

The FELGTB wants with this act to pay homage to all those people, men and women who affirm their feelings and options against reprobation, oppression and silence, whether homosexual or not. While denouncing the increase of homophobic acts in public spaces, with the acquiescence of the forces of public order that should defend the rights of all citizens. Beatings of homosexual and bisexual couples, denial of access to certain places to persons for being transsexuals, increased hate crimes, impunity for bullying, or violation of rights such as access to maternity or care health care.
For all this, with this act you want to demand the government that presides Mariano Rajoy greater involvement in social inclusion policies, as well as the adequate training of both the state security forces and the judicial bodies to properly address LGTBI victims. And, of course, the urgent elaboration of a law for the rights of LGTBI people and against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity as Catalonia enjoys, and an integral law of transsexuality as those already existing in various autonomous communities.
A kiss is a gesture of universal love and that gesture, when it occurs between people of the same sex, remains in the Spanish State cause of aggression, ridicule, insults and vexations. We must eradicate this fact and we will only achieve it with the massive visibility of the whole collective.
