GAYLES.TV.- The delicate balance between business and sexual diversity is getting a point of contact as companies and institutions become aware that inclusive and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender integration policies not only contribute to the creation of a new society fair, but also improve business results.

In Spain, Diversity-company-Gayles.tvel Instituto de Empresa (IE) has been working for more than 8 years to achieve these objectives through the program LGTB @ WORK. In the same line is foreseen the imminent appearance of a study that with the name of AEQUALIS, presents a set of best practices in the treatment of LGBT diversity.

It is precisely in this context that multinational corporations and institutional representatives are summoned to a congress in Madrid to share the advances and opportunities involved in developing inclusive LGBT policies in the business, labor, commercial and institutional spheres.

The practice of strong LGBT inclusive policies throughout a company's business builds brand equity, elicits consumer admiration and is a talent magnet for younger workers. These companies offer motivation, support, respect and flexibility, so any client will appreciate that attitude. The momentum of the economy is also possible from inclusion and diversity, companies, corporations and institutions know this and do not want to be left behind.

Under these premises, the I Business and Institutional Congress Diversity-company-Gayles.tvLGBT Friendly, to celebrate in Madrid the days 10 y 11 June. New York, Hong Kong, Prague or London have already held conferences of these characteristics. Multinational leaders, prominent LGBT professionals, human resources, marketing and sales experts are expected to come together to share progress and opportunities which involves implementing and developing LGBT inclusive policies in the business, labor, commercial, institutional and corporate areas.

The organization is in charge of  EGF Group, consultant specialized in the LGBT segment (responsible for the Spanish Association of Gay Friendly Companies which has more than 1.500 affiliated companies) and the business events agency IF Events.

Jokin Egaña, Group director EGF and of this congress he has declared that "There will be two intense days with international reference speakers, discussion tables, professional fair, networking activities and awards".

In a world where leadership is focused on who and how we are, to achieve success the company needs a team free of chains.
